Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: 23-SEP-2024

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Cresvi, a UK-based digital agency. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Website Design and Development: We provide design revisions as part of our services. However, revisions will not include complete redesigns after the initial design is approved. Any significant changes will be treated as additional work and may include additional charges.

SEO, PPC, and Google Ads: Results and timelines for SEO and PPC services may vary depending on project scope and competition. We do not guarantee specific rankings or results without prior discussion and agreement based on each case.

Hosting and Maintenance: We offer hosting and maintenance services, and any additional support outside the agreed scope will be charged accordingly.

2. Payment Terms

For website design and development services:

  • 50% upfront payment is required before starting the project.
  • 25% payment is due at the midway point of the project.
  • The final 25% payment is due upon project completion.

For SEO, PPC, and Google Ads services:

  • Payments are monthly and made in advance before services are rendered.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the services provided, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide all necessary materials, content, and information required for the project in a timely manner. Failure to provide these details or respond to queries may result in project delays, for which Cresvi will not be held responsible.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice. If the client terminates the project before completion, any unpaid amounts for work already completed will become due. Cresvi reserves the right to terminate services if payments are not made or if the client breaches these terms.

6. Liability

Cresvi will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue or data, arising from the use of our services. Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all content and data provided.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved under the jurisdiction of UK courts.
